With rising pressure from fast-moving rivals and fragmented, emotionally distant communications across the business units, Medtronic Neurovascular needed a clear, unified strategy to protect market share, reignite sales in brain and nervous system technology and reconnect with clinicians and purchasers.

Our approach

We refocused the narrative around the powerful connections between patients, surgeons and technology, emphasising the collaboration and innovation that drives Medtronic’s impact. This came to life in a striking hero image with the patient at the centre - three interlinked circles within the head, symbolising people, technology and care, all connected through neural imagery.
